Postage & packaging
Postage and packaging costs are based on weight of items being sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day Service, and currently deliver within the UK only. www.royalmail.com This means that the items are insured and fully trackable.
Payments
To be made by cheque as a prepayment together with your completed order form. please allow seven working days from receipt of the cheque for payment to clear. Make your cheque payable to AMANDA HALL and send to AMANDA HALL ILLUSTRATION, THE SHADOWHOUSE, 71 CROMWELL ROAD, CAMBRIDGE CB1 3EB
Delivery
Once cheques are cleared, under normal circumstances the goods will be despatched the following Monday to arrive by 1 pm the next day. If there is an unforeseen delay I will e-mail you to let you know when they will arrive.
The goods will need a signature on delivery. If no one is available to sign for the package, it will be returned to your local postal depot and a Royal Mail card will be left at the delivery address explaining collection details.
Returns
I take customer satisfaction as a top priority. If you are not completely happy with your goods you may cancel your order up to seven working days after receipt (see The Cancellation Period paragraph below) by providing me with a notice of cancellation by
e-mailing me at ah@amandahall-illustration.com
The cancellation period
The cancellation period starts the day after the day you receive the goods and you have seven working days from that day in which you can cancel the order.
Goods must be returned in perfect condition in the original packaging and any seals attached must remain unbroken. I will replace the item or give you a full refund.
How to return goods
In order to facilitate the return of your order you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation Number, by e-mailing me at ah@amandahall-illustration.com within the cancellation period. This will serve as a notice of cancellation.
This number should be included in a returned package of cancelled goods on your original invoice and on the return shipping label. Please indicate clearly whether you would like an exchange or a refund. The despatch note must be included in the package together with the reason for the return entered onto the despatch note. If you require a replacement please include all the necessary details, such as print titles and product codes.
Pack the parcel with all the relevant documents and return to AMANDA HALL ILLUSTRATION, THE SHADOWHOUSE, 71 CROMWELL ROAD, CAMBRIDGE CB1 3EB
You must return the goods to me by secure means. I strongly recommend that you either use the Royal Mail Special Delivery Service or at least obtain a free receipt from the post office, as I do not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.
Postage cost will only be repaid if goods are faulty. In the event of any failure to return any goods to me which have been validly cancelled, I shall have the right to charge any cost of recovery of the goods. I request that all the goods are returned within 14 days of the date of your cancellation. I will make refunds to you in accordance with these terms within 30 days of the date of the notice of cancellation. If you are exchanging a product please allow seven working days for the parcel to reach you.

Prices
VAT is chargeable as shown in the prices on my website Gallery. VAT is also chargeable on P&P in accordance with VAT regulations.
Prices on the website Gallery page are exclusive of P&P which will be dependant on weight of package and will be advised when pre order form is received. As already stated packages will be sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day Service.
Prices remain valid for up to thirty days after I have confirmed your written order.
