Amanda Hall Illustration Is the trading name of Amanda Hall. This website is owned and maintained by Amanda Hall, The Shadowhouse, 71 Cromwell Road, Cambridge CB1 3EB. The terms ”you” and “your” refer to the user of this website. The words “I”, “me” and “my” mean Amanda Hall Illustration.



Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of www.amandahall-illustration.com “The Website” is subject exclusively to these Terms & Conditions. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms & Conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately stop using the Website. I reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time and your continued use of the Website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is therefore your responsibility to check the Terms & Conditions regularly for any changes.

These Terms & Conditions refer to the following additional terms, which also apply to your use of my Site:

If you know or suspect that anyone other than you, knows your user identification code or password, you must promptly notify me using my contact form.

All content on this Site, text, graphics, logos, buttons, images and any JavaScript and html code, is the property of Amanda Hall Illustration, its owner and /or its suppliers and affiliate partners, and any third-party content is used to express authorisation from copyright owners or their agents. You acknowledge that all copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights relating to this Website or its contents are vested in its owner and /or its suppliers or partners where appropriate. You must not use, reproduce, modify or distribute my images or any part of those images in any manner, whatsoever. I retain and own copyright ownership of all artwork and prints.



Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Use of the Website is at your own risk. The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, I will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever (including without limitation loss of business, opportunity, data, profits) arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website. I reserve the right to refuse use of the Services.

Different limitations and exclusions of liability will apply to liability arising as a result of the supply of any goods by use to you, which will be set out in my Conditions of Sale.



Uploading Content to My Site

Whenever you make use of a feature that allows you to upload content to my Site, or to make contact with other users of my Site, you must comply with the content standards set out in my Acceptable Use Policy. You warrant that any such contribution does comply with those standards, and you will be liable to me and indemnify me for any breach of that warranty. If you are a consumer user, this means you will be responsible for any loss or damage I suffer as a result of your breach of warranty.

Any content you upload to my Site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. I have the right to remove any posting you make on my Site if, in my opinion, your post does not comply with the content standards set out in my Acceptable Use Policy.  The views expressed by other users on my Site do not represent my views or values. You are solely responsible for securing and backing up your content.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.



Environmental Policy Statement

Amanda Hall Illustration is committed to leading the industry in minimising the impact of its activities on the environment. The key points of its strategy to achieve this are:

  • Minimise waste by evaluating operations and ensuring they are as efficient as possible.
  • Actively promote recycling both internally and amongst its customers and suppliers.
  • Source and promote a product range to minimise the environmental impact of both production and distribution.
  • Meet or exceed all the environmental legislation that relates to the Business.
  • Where possible, use energy derived from renewable sources.
  • Avoid waste and encourage the conservation, re-use and recycling of resources. Where re-use and recycling is not appropriate, it will be disposed of by a means which will have the least impact on the environment.
  • Where possible, to purchase from local or regional suppliers in order to maximise input to the local community and minimise carbon emissions from transport
