Paisley Surface Design

Amanda Hall has created these Paisley Surface Design motifs inspired by her love of eastern art. She has developed three main variations of the motif. The first is a stand-alone image that works as a central design for fabrics and gifts, the second is a linear repeating vine-like design for fabrics, wall coverings and paper goods. The third design is a flat, monochrome paisley shape.

Variations of Amanda’s paisley design for merchandise motifs are visualised here in different colourways – as a border for a gentleman’s waistcoat, as the central motif for an embroidered silk bag design and for homeware products such as wall papers, ceramic tiles and tea towels. Just a few of the many possibilities for these unique interpretations of the classic paisley design motif!

These Paisley Surface Design motifs will complement Amanda’s forthcoming Indian Inspired Art Collection.
