Original children’s book illustrations at the Chris Beetles Gallery

After her picture books are published, Amanda’s original children’s book illustrations are returned to her by the publisher. Since 2011, after the publication of her book The Lion Classic Aesop’s Fables, the Chris Beetles Gallery has been exhibiting Amanda’s illustrations – paintings and drawings – on its website and at the gallery.

A special exhibition of the original illustrations for Amanda’s latest book How The Sea Came To Be: And All the Creatures In It was held at the Gallery in April 2023. Illustrations from the exhibition can be viewed here.
